By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. The Service

Exciting provides managed MCP (Model Context Protocol) server infrastructure enabling AI agents to securely access third-party tools and integrations.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts, API Keys, and Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
Securing API keys and access tokens
All activity performed through your account or API keys

You must notify Exciting immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes
Circumvent security or access controls
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or infrastructure
Use the Service in violation of third-party terms or applicable laws

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms.

Exciting is not responsible for:

Third-party availability, functionality, or outages
Third-party data handling or security practices

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

6. Data Ownership and Processing

You retain ownership of your data.

You grant Exciting a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely to provide, secure, and operate the Service.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features require payment.

Pricing is described on the Pricing page or in a separate agreement
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

Violations of these Terms
Security or legal requirements
Risk to the Service or other users

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exciting disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Exciting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stackars AB, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
